Jeff Doyle

President

From the time Jeff was a young child, he was always building things. His favorite toy was his tool box. Jeff’s parents encouraged him to follow his dream, from building tree forts in the woods to building and remodeling homes today.

After graduating at the top of his class at Michigan State University in Building Construction Management, Jeff was hired by the Centex Corporation, a national home builder. Jeff quickly worked his way to president of a Centex home building division.

Jeff returned to Michigan, and Doyle Homes was born. Doyle Homes has grown into a well-respected builder, based on the ideas of providing superior customer service, uncompromising quality and delivering a fair value.

Jeff Fischer

Field Manager

Jeff has been in the residential construction field for 35 years and has a natural affinity for building. He takes great pride in managing the quality and detailed construction of homes. As a field manager with Doyle Homes, Jeff helps ensure that every home is built to exceed our high standards of quality and efficiency. Jeff’s role consists of facilitating and managing the construction of new homes, from breaking ground to the final walk-thru. When Jeff isn't out and about checking on jobs, he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jim Herman

JIM HERMAN

Field Manager

Jim has nearly 4 decades of experience in residential construction and has been interested in building since he was a teenager. Jim’s role at Doyle Homes is to efficiently supervise the building process from start to finish, with special attention to quality and customer service. As a field manager, Jim takes pride in watching the project from the ground up, ensuring that every home exceeds our high standards of quality. In his free time, Jim enjoys working on his own home and spending time with his grandchildren.

Christina

Christina Whitten

Office Administrator

Christina has years of experience in the accounting and small-business aspects of the construction industry. She provides administrative support for our team throughout the building process. She is responsible for submitting permit applications, handling utility hookups, managing payables and receivables, obtaining lien waivers, plus closing paperwork on all our projects. When Christina is out of the office she enjoys crafting, camping, fishing, and spending time with family.

Michalena Deline

ESTIMATOR/BID COORDINATOR

Michalena is the daughter of a construction framer and grew up around the residential home industry. She worked in her father’s business in the field as well as the office. At Doyle Homes, Michalena’s role is to estimate and bid the projects from the ground up, and she enjoys watching the process from a blueprint to a picture-perfect home. Michalena likes to spend time with her family and her rescue dog, Beans.

Liznew

Elizabeth “Liz” McGowan

Assistant Field Manager

Liz has been a tinkerer since grade school, assisting her family with various projects around the house. Liz is currently attending Washtenaw Community College, working on a degree in Construction Management. Her role at Doyle Homes is to assist the Field Managers, using her experience in the field to ensure every home meets our high standards of quality. When she is not working or in school, Liz is making music or spending time with her partner and four stepchildren on their small hobby farm.
